Lane Bellan is the President of Southern Tower Consulting. Mr. Bellan oversees the efforts of all services provided by Southern Tower Consulting. His day-to-day responsibilities include managing all aspects of the wireless tower sale process including sourcing, negotiating price and underwriting. 

Mr. Bellan has extensive experience in the wireless communications industry. Prior to Southern Tower Consulting Mr. Bellan spent over seven years with Excel Capital Advisors where he was the Managing Director. During Mr. Bellan’s tenure with Excel Capital Advisors Lane was responsible for securing and managing over $200 million in client tower transactions. Prior to Excel Capital Advisors, Mr. Bellan spent over six years with the Quantum Group, a tower sell-side advisory firm, where he was the Director of Marketing. During his tenure with Quantum Group, Lane was responsible for client development as well as client management and retention. Lane was personally responsible for securing and managing over $150 million in client tower transactions.  Over his 18 year career in the wireless industry Mr. Bellan has closed over $1 Billion in tower transactions.

Lane graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.G.S. in Communication Studies and was a member of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. 

Brandon Wells is the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Southern Tower Consulting. In this role, Mr. Wells is responsible for STC’s client development, management and retention strategies. Brandon engages in lead generation, client management, client Due Diligence, and business process improvement initiatives on a daily basis.

 Prior to Southern Tower Consulting Mr. Wells spent 12 years working in the Oil and Gas industry for leaders in the market including Weatherford and Schlumberger. While working for these industry leaders Mr. Wells specialized in Pressure Pumping all over North America with a variety of roles that include but are not limited to Procurement, Logistics, Negotiating, Planning, Contract Management and Inventory Control.  Mr. Wells has assisted in securing and managing over $100 Million in client tower transactions since joining Southern Tower Consulting in 2021.

Mr. Wells graduated from Concordia University in Austin, TX with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. During his time at Concordia he was a 4-year member of the Baseball Team, which included a trip to the 2002 College World Series.
